ACEY 263 WEDGES | BABY GOT BACKSPIN
You wouldn't play a driver designed in 1930. Why do that with wedges?

SHORTER PUTTS = FEWER STROKES
The fastest way to lower scores isn’t by smashing it farther, it's by sticking it closer. Reduce your average putting distance a few feet and your make percentage skyrockets - saving a stroke or more every time you play.

Wedge design isn't about perfect strikes in pristine conditions. A great wedge delivers results in a big moment - even when the lie isn’t even, the contact isn’t clean, the stance isn’t ideal, and the pressure's on. When one shot decides the winner, every bit of performance matters.

ANDY CHICK | THE FOUNDER
Before starting Acey Golf, I spent years designing clubs for the big brands that top players used to win majors. To my knowledge, I’m the last person since Bob V. to have a best-selling wedge. Based on what I've seen, I think the 263 can disrupt the category. The performance and response from players during development has been off the charts.

Frequently Asked
Questions

What’s so great about the Acey 263 Wedges?

Aside from the looks? We made every design choice with one goal in mind: to hit the ball closer. You’ll make more putts, shoot lower scores, and have more fun.

How do they work so well?

We added a “crown” surface to the back of the wedge, similar to woods and hybrids. This increases the stiffness and volume of the wedge, which improves feel performance.

What’s the advantage of 3D printing them?

Metal 3D printing provides the ultimate freedom to distribute weight in the head, an advantage we use to push the looks, performance, feel, and sound beyond the limits of what’s possible with traditional casting and forging methods.

Why do they cost so much?

First, while metal 3D printing is a superior way to make golf clubs, the technology is still relatively new - so making parts is more costly until we can scale and optimize production.

Second, these wedges deliver best in class performance. Once you put them in play, you’ll understand the value.

If price is a concern, you can always buy the heads only and ask a local club builder assemble them using shafts from your current wedges, as long as they are .355” taper tip.

Are they USGA approved?

Not yet. We’ll submit samples to the USGA in mid May and our expectation is that they will be listed as conforming before orders begin shipping to customers in a few weeks.

We’ll keep you informed as the situation develops. If any issues come up, you can cancel your order for a full refund.

Will lefties be available?

Yes. Our founder is left-handed, so we loft lefties! Contact us and we’d be happy to arrange a special order for you.

Are they easy to keep clean?

We think so. Like all clubs with cavities, they might collect a little dirt, grass, or other debris during play - but its quick & easy to rinse off in a club washer or blow out with an air hose.
